If the customer provides their own artwork, the dimensions MUST match what was paid for. If they do not, the layout department may alter the artwork to fit, which may distort the image. In this case, The Michigan Times takes no responsibility for altered or distorted images.

Artwork deadlines are the Tuesday before the ad runs at midnight. Ads must be submitted digitally to themichigantimesadvertising@gmail.com.

Pre-printed inserts are accepted by The Michigan Times. Inserts MUST be ready one week prior to the publication date. Inserts MUST be placed in the entire press run (2,000 copies).

The Michigan Times prints a four page, full color spadia and a six page newspaper with four color pages (1, 4, 5, 6).
